As leather is a natural material, slight variations in grain, texture, and tone may occur. These characteristics are part of what makes each piece unique.

Yes. Every Isavoyant piece is produced in limited quantities. Once a design is sold out, it will not be reproduced, making each edition a rare part of the brand's journey.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, including requests related to color, style, or preference.

If your item arrives damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

To process your request, you must provide an uncut unboxing video showing the package from the moment it is opened until the product inspection is completed. The video must be clear and uninterrupted. Send your concern and video via Instagram at @isavoyant.

If the issue is verified, our team will assist you with an exchange.

Aftercare

We do not offer a formal warranty. However, we understand that well-loved pieces may require care over time.
